Jessica and I are committed to running Grandma’s Marathon in June! It’s an annual marathon in Duluth, MN. She has ran one marathon before, but this will be the first one for me. We have approximately 92 days, 6 hours, and 45 minutes until the start of the race. Yikes! I’m extremely excited to run it, but…

What’s the best way to train?
How much running?
What should our nutrition plan look like?
Should I include some strength training (lifting)?
What music should be on our playlist for the run?
